Iris Bohnet is Principal Investigator of the Gender Action Lab. Bohnet, the Albert Pratt Professor of Business and Government, is also Academic Dean and the co-director of the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School. A behavioral economist with publications in leading academic journals and prominent media outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times and Harvard Business Review, she is the author of the award-winning 2016 book What Works: Gender Equality By Design. Bohnet advises or sits on the boards of companies, government agencies and start-ups focused on women’s advancement. She has received numerous awards for her work.
Robert Livingston is a lecturer at Harvard Kennedy School and faculty affiliate of the Women and Public Policy Program. A psychologist with publications in leading academic journals and preeminent media outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post and Harvard Business Review, he is the author of the forthcoming book, The Conversation: How Seeking and Speaking the Truth About Racism Can Radically Transform Individuals and Organizations. Livingston has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies, governments and NGOs on DEI, and chairs an executive education program on Strategies for Building and Leading Diverse Organizations. He has received multiple awards for his work.
