I'm currently working at Harvard Business School as a pre-doctoral research associate and would like to pursue a doctoral study in management in 2020. My research interests lie at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, and human capital. I am especially interested in understanding (1) how interfirm collaboration and within-firm team interaction create novelty and (2) who benefits from innovations and new ventures. I have worked closely with Professors Andy Wu and Rembrand Koning at Harvard Business School on a range of projects, such as the impacts of proximity on incumbent-startup collaboration and the direction of innovation by inventors' gender.
