Dr. Jennifer Halen is a postdoctoral College Fellow in the Department of Government at Harvard University. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of Minnesota and was previously a Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University (2017-2019) and a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow (2014-2017).  Her research and teaching interests broadly focus on the ways that new and emerging technologies influence, and are influenced by, politics.
