I am a theoretical physicist with general interests in biological physics and soft condensed matter. A common theme in my research is to use coarse-grained models and simple mathematical descriptions to understand recurring experimental and numerical observations. Testing the predictions of my models and theories using experimental and numerical data is another important aspect of my research. Therefore, I am always enthusiastic to collaborate with experimentalists and propose new experimental ideas.
