Dr. Goldenziel has served as a Tribunal Assistant on three investor-state arbitrations through the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). She was Assistant to President Judge Thomas Buergenthal, the former U.S. Judge on the International Court of Justice, in the case of Teinver v. Argentina, which resulted in a $320 million award and explored novel issues in the use of third-party funding in investor-state arbitration. She has also been an assistant to President Professor William W. Park on the Tribunals in Sodexo v. Hungary and Viaduct v. Bosnia.
Dr. Goldenziel is a member of the Panel of Neutrals (Arbitrators) of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution and has been featured in its brochure of Distinguished Female Neutrals.
