Welcome!

About Me

I have just finished my doctoral work in geochemistry as graduate student in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at Harvard University working with Sujoy Mukhopadhyay (now at University of California Davis) and Charlie Langmuir.

In my research, I use the isotopic and elemental composition of marine sediment cores to examine interactions between the climate system and the solid-Earth across Pleistocene glacial cycles. I also use cosmogenic exposure dating to constrain Antarctic ice sheet stability over the late Cenozoic.

News

I will be giving a poster on the relationship between hydrothermal activity and sea level over multiple glacial cycles at the AGU 2017 meeting this December in New Orleans, see you there!

November, 2017: I graduated! I have now moved to New York to start my new position as a Lamont Postdoctoral Fellow at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University. Please refer to my new website at LDEO.

October, 2017: Two new papers are now available! Check out our new EPSL papers regarding long-term hydrothermal variability on the Juan de Fuca Ridge AND millennial-scale variations in North African dust deposition to the Atlantic.

April, 2016: Our new GRL paper about increased hydrothermal activity following rapid sea-level fall is now available online.
