Farewell to Alex Diaz (MIT) who worked with me for 3.5 years at the Wyss. Alex joined medical school at UCSF. Alex has worked on developing the biospleen device and other diagnostic platforms, and published two co-authored papers, Nat. Med. (2014) and Small (2015) during his time at the Wyss Institute.  Congrats and best wishes for a new journey as a doctor.
