Econ 1745: Corporate Finance

I was the Teaching Fellow for the advanced undergraduate course in Corporate Finance. The course discussed valuations of different securities like debt, equity, and derivative instruments and the relevant economic concepts like incentive problems in which corporations operate.

This advanced course in Microeconomic Theory was intended to equip PhD students from related disciplines like Public Policy, Strategy, Marketing, etc. with broad methodological tools of game theory, information economics and social choice.

I worked as a course assistant for this advanced microeconomics theory course for the Masters in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) program at the Kennedy School. I was responsible for helping Professor Maciej Kotowski with building course-related material and evaluations.

This was an advanced undergraduate course for students interested in theoretical Finance. It included several topics in financial economics, including debt, default, financial intermediation, liquidity, capital reallocation, collateral, and risk management.
