Kasey Miller is a Master of Liberal Arts degree candidate in the Global Development Practice program. Her research interest include social entrepreneurship, microenterprise, financial and social inclusion, gender equality, forced migration, and sustainability.

Before Harvard, she received a BA from Indiana University in English Literature and Refugee Studies.

Ms. Miller has most recently served several private families as a traveling family assistant and private educator. Additionally, she has experience volunteering and serving in non-profit fields related to educational services, refugee wellbeing, mental health care services, and temporary housing services.

She is from the United States and has spent time living in South Korea and France. She speaks English and French.
