  • Re-designed a Harvard Graduate School of Education course to be offered for the first time online, for an Extension audience (100+ students). Designed all online assignments and pedagogy techniques
  • Led a diverse, international 6-7 person teaching team. Trained them in online teaching techniques and facilitated a process of continual improvement
  • Student satisfaction scores from online students were as high as those from traditional students

Grant administrator and lead researcher, 2012-2014

  • Administered $25,000 Hauser Innovations in Learning and Teaching grant awarded to Professor Robert Kegan to update the pedagogy in his Adult Development class
  • Worked with professor to determine project priorities, timeline, and implementation strategy
  • Developed new curriculum, assignments, and formative assessments, which provide feedback to the teaching team for in-the-moment dynamic steering of the curriculum
  • Wrote user requirement documents for new online tools and interfaced with other departments of the University to see that our development needs would be met
  • Managed part-time staff of 2-4; tracked all costs and expenses
