Introduction

Stephen earned an ALB undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard, an ALM master's degree in Government from Harvard, and an Undergraduate Advanced Diploma in Local History at the University of Oxford, England. He has studied Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting at the Harvard Business School, and he has completed Executive Education Programs at Harvard Law School on International Finance: Policy, Regulation, and Transactions. He is the former CIO and current CEO of Global Advisers, LLC, an investment and wealth management firm based in Philadelphia, PA. He is a member of the CFA Institute where he also serves as a Practice Analysis Working Body Member. 

Research

Primarily, he conducts research on international financial policy and regulation, and secondarily, political, economic, and behavioral applied research that focuses on providing explanations and solutions to specific financial problems, including those that affect (or are affected by) climate change policy and science, financial modeling and optimization, regulatory policy and reform, macroeconomics, and financial markets.
