Michael Kramer is a dual-degree graduate of the MPA program at Harvard Kennedy School and the MBA program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with professional experience in management consulting, structured finance, and investment banking. He is currently serving the White House in the Office of Management and Budget, with an emphasis on financial rescue programs, economic development, and housing finance. Focused on the intersection between business and government, he has been involved in the leadership of related organizations during his time in graduate school.
In the fall of 2011, he will take a full-time position with the Boston Consulting Group, focused on real estate, economic development, public sector, financial services, and technology clients. He previously worked as an investment banking associate in public sector and infrastructure finance at Goldman Sachs.
