One of the most delightful things about being a scholar is the opportunity to collaborate with other scholars in one's field. This often means traveling to conferences and seminars. I've recently been thinking a lot about all of the great seminars that I have been a part of over the last few years. Here are photos from a couple of my favorite.
Camp Balkans (a conference hosted by my former Bowdoin colleague Pamela Ballinger and I with support from ACLS) Left to Right: Milica-Bakic-Hayen, Kristen Ghodsee, Pamela Ballinger, Melissa Bokovoy, Emira Ibrahimpasic, Maria Bucur, Keith Brown and Mary Neuburger.
Communist Feminisms (a conference hosted by Tani Barlow at Rice University)
