About Me
Currently a social science researcher in the Center for Evidence and Practice Improvement at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, I am former a postdoctoral research fellow for the Health Policy and Management department of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and affiliated researcher with the UC Berkeley School of Public Health. My broad interest is in healthcare-focused organizational studies exploring how patients and providers are influenced by their organizational contexts and incentives, with a particular aim to improve care for underserved populations. A multi-method researcher with experience spanning qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods projects, I am also interested in the adaptation of big data strategies and machine/ensemble learning to organizational studies and health services research.
