I’m a graduate student in Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School. My research interests include using AI and machine learning to conduct genomic analysis, and to aid medical decision making. Currently I’m working on the detection of gene expression signatures to determine tuberculosis antibiotic susceptibility through meta-analysis.
