Current Position PhD student EMBL-EBI

I am looking for ways to combine my interest in infectious diseases, personalized medicine, synthetic biology, medical genomics, digital healthcare and entrepreneurship. Throughout my masters in molecular biotechnology, I had the chance to conduct microbiology related research at EPFL, EMBL Heidelberg and Harvard Medical School. Currently, I am exploring epistatic effects on TB resistance at the Farhat lab.
