I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Government at Harvard University, where I study the just war tradition from its rise in the late Middle Ages to its decline in early modern thought on war and peace. In the fall of 2024, I will be starting my JD at Harvard Law School.

I graduated from Harvard College in 2019 with an A.B. in Government (summa cum laude). My thesis "Ahead of Their Time: Temporal Orientation and Organizational Technological Invention" was awarded the James Gordon Bennett Prize. In 2018, I was awarded the Charles Joseph Bonaparte Scholarship and elected to Phi Beta Kappa (Junior 24). In 2017, I was designated a John Harvard Scholar.

My paper "Radical Technological Innovation in Satellite Reconnaissance: From CORONA to CLASSIC WIZARD" has been published in the International Journal of Intelligence and CounterIntelligence. I have presented my work at the 2019 Annual Convention of the International Studies Association and the 2018, 2019, and 2022 Annual Meetings of the American Political Science Association.
