Grace graduated from Davidson College in the spring of 2018 with a BA in Economics and English. Her undergraduate research estimated linguistics-related wage premiums for U.S. immigrants. She worked with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for a year before joining Dr. Kraft's team at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform, where she is currently a Research Associate.
