Jay Philbrick is a sophomore, looking to concentrate in Applied Mathematics - Economics. He is passionate about studying the intersection of economic mobility, education, and public policy through quantitative methods. He has enjoyed working with Professor Kraft analyzing tutoring programs in K-12 schools. At Brown, he serves as an officer in the Brown Debating Union, and as an editor in the economics section of the Brown Journal of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics
