Sam is a graduate student studying data science at Brown University. With Dr. Kraft he currently works on a project examining the role of mobile communication apps on improving the effectiveness of parent-teacher communication and the influence it has on student outcomes. Previously, Sam worked as a research assistant and programmer focusing mainly in education policy research from 2015-2017 at Mathematica Policy Research in Oakland, California. Sam received his Sc.B. in Applied Math-Economics from Brown University in 2015.
