Minseok Seo recently moved to a new faculty position at Korea University.
Minseok Seo was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Channing Division of Network Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital.
I received Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics from the Seoul National University, South Korea (Feb 2016) and Ph.D. research was focused on the statistical analysis of next generation sequencing (NGS) based transcriptome and metagenome data. These were mainly in the downstream analysis to develop statistical model and computational algorithms, in order to understand diverse biological phenomena. In the biological context, my bioinformatic skill is being applied in diverse organisms including Human, Livestock animals, Plants, and Microorganisms.
