Presently, my research is focused on the ethical and legal implications of AI-driven job displacememt, the potential biases and discriminaion that may be embedded in the AI algorithms, the responsibility of companies and policymakers in ensuring a just transition to an AI-enabled workforce, and the role of labor unions and advocacy groups in protecting workers' rights.
