That was a digestible nugget of information about Niki in 140 characters.
Niki feels weird writing about herself in the third person narrative. According to an untamed writer online, doing so makes her sound like a twat (meaning obnoxious or stupid; not the other thing, I hope). So, let's switch this up.
Hi, my name is Niki.
You are looking my website, and I am grateful for your visit.
As you may have guessed, I am a student at Harvard. Like most universities, it has a number of schools designed to provide specialized education to fit the students' learning needs. The Extension School, under Harvard's Division of Continuing Education, caters to distance, part-time, and unconventional students like me. The degree program admissions process and requirements at HES are different from that at the College.
On most days, I run on caffeine, curiosity, and Crunchy Cheetos. You can read more about me by clicking on the HESA / HGC BIO tab above. I apologize in advance for the twatty voice in which the bio was written.
Some of my recent roles and responsibilities include:
Electronic Discovery System Administrator, Data Wrangler, and Corporate Webmaster by day, Distance Student by night (and weekends)
ALB Degree Candidate; Area of Concentration in Social Sciences; Field of Study in Economics; Minors in Finance and Mathematics
Communications and Social Media Manager (2016-2017) for the Harvard Extension Student Association (HESA), the official student organization of the Harvard Extension School
- Social Media and Communications Strategies Partner (2016-2017) for the Harvard Graduate Council (HGC), the university-wide student government of the 12 graduate and professional schools at Harvard University
