Plaza mind-body activities: Weekly bootcamp from April to October on Mondays and Wednesdays
In partnership with the Harvard Center for Wellness, Harvard Common Spaces offers a variety of FREE weekly wellness activities for the community outdoors on the Plaza. For high intensity programs we offer early morning bootcamp and weekly Zumba classes. To develop your inner tranquility, check out the weekly Qigong, and Tai Chi classes. All activities are free and no sign-ups are required.
