  • Provided WebPDM application training and support to fashion designers, managers, new hires, and associates, including international textile agents operating overseas. Created and maintained process workflow documentation, policies, and user/vendor training resources.
     
  • Analyzed systems and product information; administered confidential user and system data to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies and Perry Ellis International (PEI) guidelines.
     
  • Performed Quality Assurance procedures during upgrade cycles in Development and Production environments. Identified, troubleshot, and escalated incidents as necessary. Coordinated fixes and applied server patches.
