  • Refined and managed Regional Sales Incentive Program and Commissions Tracking for Sales Reps, VP and Regional Sales Managers; created forms, policy and process documentation; reviewed compensation agreements; calculated eligibility, and processed bonus requests. Liaised with Accounting and Payroll/HR for accurate reward processing, tracking and reporting.
  • Took charge of the Contract Audit Process during a corporate reorganization; identified redundancies; streamlined processes; documented workflow procedures; provided training. Assisted Marketing in product rates review, analysis, updates and company-wide distribution and communication.
