Corporate administrator and market liaison in charge of coordinating activities between internal teams and external entities in support of 24 retail locations between Austin and Houston, Texas.

  • HUMAN RESOURCES — Conducted various aspects of workforce management including candidate screening and qualification, new hire interviews and setup, training coordination, confidential records management, back office operations, systems support, rewards and recognition, alumni exit processing, and TWC claims follow-up and compliance.
  • PAYROLL & COMMISSIONS — Worked in conjunction with Finance, Accounting, and Commissions departments to manage compensation and incentive program adjustments in employee and payroll databases (RQ4 and Paycom HRIS), as well as in corresponding management reports during hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and staffing changes.
  • OPERATIONS LIAISON — Facilitated synergies between T-Mobile Corporate, Verge Executives, Retail Stores, and external parties including contractors, insurance companies, governmental agencies, law enforcement, real estate partners, security and surveillance experts, service providers, suppliers, utility companies and vendors.
  • EXECUTIVE OFFICE — Managed communications for, and provided direct assistance to C-Suite Leadership, as well as Field Sales Management leading the Austin and Houston districts. Coached and primed the incoming coordinator to support the company’s expanding market coverage.
