The Harvard Graduate Council is pleased to present our 8th Annual Leadership Conference! This year’s theme is Tools For Leadership. The conference will be held on April 8th, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Harvard Northwest Building on Oxford Street.
You will learn from engaging speakers and then exchange your own ideas with distinguished faculty, key experts, and representatives from the public and private sectors. Whether you focus on a topic area of familiarity or one that is new, this will be a great opportunity to grow both leadership knowledge and professional networks by engaging with students from across Harvard as well as public and private industry leaders from widely varying backgrounds.
SKILLS: Participants can choose between panels that focus in topic areas of business, security, religion, government, and more. Skills addressed may include communication strategies, task delegation, creative forms of leadership, forming effective teams, and motivational speaking. Conference participants will engage in case studies, lively debates, and active discussion around pertinent issues.
SPEAKERS: Think TED Talks, panel discussions, and problem-solving scenarios! Active, engaging, stimulating and relevant. We promise our speakers will motivate and inspire you! We will be regularly updating our speaker list at the event website, http://hgc.harvard.edu/harvard-leadership-conference.
