More Khotanese: the Survarṇabhāsottamasūtra

crāmye härä käḍäna rrustä u ne rre ttu kīru yīndä
bajevätä hasamīṭhätä harṣḍä uysbā ttu kṣīru ṣä rre trāmu māñaṃdu
kho haste väysāgyo

When a ruler does not do that
for the sake of which he is ruler,
he ruins, destroys, breaks up, and tears up that land
like an elephant does to a lotus-pond.
