The praharṣiṇī meter is one of the most common of the atijagatī meters, which contains four lines of thirteen syllables each, and thus fifty-two syllables in total. It has the following pattern:
ऽ ऽ ऽ । । । । ऽ । ऽ । ऽ ऽ
