Oyebola Olabisi Okunogbe is a PhD Candidate in Public Policy at Harvard University. Her research interests are in development economics, public finance and political economy. Her job market paper examines how exposure to a different ethnic region in Nigeria affects individuals’ national identity, inter-ethnic attitudes and future migration choices. She has also worked with tax authorities in Liberia, Rwanda and Tajikistan to design research studies on factors affecting tax compliance. Oyebola has worked as a consultant to the World Bank Investment Climate team and her research has been funded by the International Growth Center. Oyebola received her BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and MPA in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School.
