Pablo Zamorano Díaz is a 4th year undergraduate student at Harvard College concentrating in Sociology with a secondary field in Educational Studies. Pablo's academic interests range from anthropology to psychology to languages. Pablo spent a semester abroad at The American University in Cairo, where he studied Egyptology and Arabic.

A native of Chile, Pablo is interested in understanding the integration process of Venezuelans and Haitians to Chile, and in examining the current migration policies that affect them. Pablo has spent substantial time conducting ethnographic research at the US-Mexico borderlands. Pablo spent 2019-2020 volunteering as a teacher for refugees in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

Pablo hopes to contribute in the field of refugee studies, particulary in refugee education in urban settings. Pablo speaks Spanish and is fluent in French and Haitian Creole.
