Patrick Barham is a third-year student at Harvard studying Government with a secondary focus in Ethnicity, Migration and Rights. Outside of class, he's a member of Pforzheimer House, and he works as a Tour Guide with the Harvard Information Center and as a Student Lead with the Harvard Alumni Association. In his free time, he loves biking, watching stand-up comedy, and performing music.
Patrick was born in Costa Rica but moved to Miami, Florida just before elementary school. At an early age, he picked up the cello and has dedicated almost sixteen years to chamber and orchestral performance. During his middle and high school years, his parents took him to rallies, canvassing, and to grassroots events where he developed an interest in politics. Since then, he has spent almost every summer interning and volunteering with political offices and campaigns at the local and state level.
Last summer, Patrick interned with the Office of Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in Washington, D.C..
