Curriculum Vitae

Pınar Doğan is a Senior Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School.

She received a PhD in Economics and Master's degree in Mathematical Economics from University of Toulouse, France.

From 2002 to 2004, she taught at Koc University, Istanbul. She was a visiting scholar at Public Utility Research Center, Florida, and at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications (currently Télécom ParisTech), Paris, during 2001 to 2002. She was a visitor at the School of Social Science  at the Institute for Advanced Study, at Princeton, NJ, during the academic years  2013-14 and 2014-15. She served as the Faculty Chair of the Master in Public Policy Program at HKS in AYs 2021-22 and 2022-2023. She is an Associate Editor of Information Economics and Policy.
