Research

Research outlineMy postdoc research focuses on building data-driven frameworks to study resistance to cancer immunotherapies (1) and targeted therapies (2). I also developed several computational methods for cancer genomics data integration (3) and biological network analysis (4), which are essential methods in studying anticancer drug resistance.

During my Ph.D., I worked on designing efficient and reliable clustering algorithms for large-scale biological networks (4), as well as studying the combinatorial regulations on mRNA transcription and decay (5).
