Diversity and community-building checklist: if you are looking for a way to think about what your institution is doing to help build community and support your underrepresented students, you may find this checklist helpful. It is a list of all sorts of things you might try, and may help you in planning your next move, figuring out what your priorities are, what the low-hanging fruit are, etc. Please let me know if there is anything else I could add to the list!
You might be interested in this fascinating website, Human in STEM. It is chock-full of stories, resources and inspiration. The Resources tab in particular is super helpful -- basically what I am trying to do here, but prettier, clearer and probably more helpful! Check it out.
