Dr. Singh is working under the mentorship of world renowned ocular immunologist, Dr. Reza Dana at the Laboratory of Corneal Immunology, Transplantation and Regeneration, Schepens Eye Research Institute, Massachusetts Eye and Ear. The focus of his research includes understading the immunopathogenesis of dry eye disease, clinical diagnostics and management of ocular graft-versus-host disease, rejection of high-risk corneal transplantation and epidemiology of corneal disorders in the United States. 

Dr.Singh presents a talk about the immune mechanisms in dry eye disease during the Annual Fellows Recognition Day at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, July 2019.


Dr.Singh has also been working studies aimed at analysing the clinical outcomes of patients diagnosed chronic ocular graft-versus-host disease post hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. He is also studying the outcomes of topical cyanoacrylate tissue adhesive in patients with corneal thinning and perforations due to infectious and auto-immune diseases.
