This panel, moderated by Ashoka Fellow Rana Dajani powered by the Women's Initiative for Social Entrepreneurship and Ashoka Changemakers,  brought together an Ashoka Fellow and a Young Changemaker to discuss the potential of the Everyone a Changemaker (EACH) movement to include and empower girls everywhere. New Talk: Statistics is part of our lives, How can the Arab world catch up?

in the Arab world most projects, plans and strategies are ad hoc and based on anecdotal evidence rather than scientific evidence and research. One of the key components of building a base of scientific evidence and research is building statistical expertise. Unfortunately there are few statistical experts in the Arab world. we will discuss the importance of statistics in education and social research and share examples on its impact on development practically on the ground.
