I am a Postdoctoral Researcher working with Michael Nitabach at Yale School of Medicine. I was a Visiting Postdoctoral Associate at HHMI's Janelia Research Campus as part of the Nitabach Visitor Project (hosted by Gerry Rubin). Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Jeremy Wolfe's Visual Attention Lab at Harvard Medical School, Brigham & Women's Hospital. I received my Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Würzburg, Germany, where I worked with Martin Heisenberg on visual attention like mechanisms in fruit flies (Drosophila melanogaster) using a virtual reality flight arena.
