Hello! I'm starting my lab at the Ragon Institute of Mass General, MIT, and Harvard this Sept 1. Check out the new lab website, at liulab.bio.
I graduated in 2023 from Harvard Biophysics and the Harvard-MIT HST Medical Engineering and Medical Physics (MEMP) programs, advised by Fei Chen. I enjoy creating new ways to measure temporally and spatially dynamic cell interactions and am particularly interested in studying T and B-cell development. I am supported by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship and have received an Impetus Grant to study the age-related decline of adaptive immunity.
I received my Bachelor of Science in chemical-biological engineering at MIT in 2017, minoring in biology and concentrating in literature. I worked in Robert Langer's lab with Armon Sharei on a microfluidic device for antigen delivery and Alex Shalek's lab with Jose Ordovas-Montanes on single-cell sequencing neuronal nuclei.
