Hi! My name is Srivatsan Krishnan.

I am a PhD candidate at Harvard working at the intersection of computer architecture, machine learning/reinforcement learning, and autonomous vehicles. My research interests include applying AI/ML to automate and design high-performance and efficient computer systems.

I am passionate about tackling real-world challenges at the intersection of computer architecture and machine learning systems. My collaborative research, carried out with experts from diverse domains, along with active engagement within both industrial and academic communities, has consistently pushed the boundaries in this field. The community has recognized my dedication and innovative approach, honoring me with accolades such as the Best of IEEE Computer Architecture Letters 2021 (Invited talk at HPCA 2021) and the IEEE Micro Top Picks Honorable Mention in 2022.

Prior to starting my PhD, I was a technical lead in the Intel Xeon team designing hardware accelerators for AI/ML workloads. My work was showcased in Intel IDF, SuperComputing Conference 2016, and Databricks Spark AI/ML Summit 2017.

Given my 10+ years of experience in industry and academic research labs working at the intersection of multiple domains, I am equipped with a unique cross-functional perspective, allowing me to bridge the gap between research/pathfinding and real-world technology transfer.
