*I am currently on the job market (AY 2020-21)*
I'm an Economics PhD Candidate at Harvard and a PhD Scholar in Harvard's Program in Inequality and Social Policy. My research focuses on labor and macro economics, and I'm currently particularly focused on issues to do with labor market power (like monopsony, unions). I've previously worked on minimum wage non-compliance, the divergence between productivity and pay, and central bank independence.
Before the PhD, I worked as a research and teaching assistant for Larry Summers, Martin Feldstein and the Harvard Center for International Development. I did my BA in Economics at Cambridge, where I graduated joint first in my year, and first came to the US as a Kennedy Scholar to do the Masters in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School.
*New!* my 7-minute talk on worker power, as part of Harvard's "Big Ideas in Inequality" series (start at 25:58)
