    • Sleep-based biomarkers for brain health and aging;
    • The role of sleep in Alzheimer's disease and neuroinfectious disease.
  • Causal Inference in Neuroscience and Neurology
    • Causal effect of pathologies, such as HIV infection and amyloid plaque deposition, on brain health;
    • Mediation analysis to understand the affecting pathways.
