- Sleep-based biomarkers for brain health and aging;
- The role of sleep in Alzheimer's disease and neuroinfectious disease.
Causal Inference in Neuroscience and Neurology
- Causal effect of pathologies, such as HIV infection and amyloid plaque deposition, on brain health;
- Mediation analysis to understand the affecting pathways.
