Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, I received my Ph.D. in Classical Philology from Harvard University in May 2014. After a year spent as assistant professor of Classics in the department of Modern and Classical Languages at Western Washington University, I have now returned to my hometown as an assistant professor of Classics at Washington University in St. Louis.
