Welcome to my website!

I am an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and an Associate Biostatistician at Channing Division of Network Medicine, Brigham and Women's Hospital. I obtained my PhD degree in Statistics from the Department of Statistics, University of British Columbia, Canada in 2004.

My research interests include: cluster analysis based on mixture of Bayesian hierarchical models; integration of different types of omic data with environmental information and lifestyle information for disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis; statistical consulting (power calculation).
