Bio

Dr. Chang Zheng received his master and doctor degrees in urban planning from Harvard GSD in 2007 and 2012 respectively.  His  research interests cover a wide range of urban issues including transportation and land use, local public finance,  enviornmental sustainability and big data analytics.  In the past few years, he has published over 20 papers on peer-review academic journals including Transportation Research A, Transportation Research D, Landscape and Urban Planning, Regional Science and Urban Economics etc. Currently, he is a visiting scholar at the Taubman Center for State and Local Government, Harvard Kennedy School.
