bjBulelani Jili is a PhD candidate at Harvard University, as an Oppenheimer Graduate Fellow. His research interests include ICT development, Africa-China relations, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Law. He is also a Visiting Fellow at Yale Law School, Cybersecurity Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, Futures Fellow at Mercator Institute for China studies, and Research Associate at Oxford University. His writing has appeared in Africa is Country, African Affairs, Theory, Culture and Society, and the Mail and Guardian.
