I am an SJD candidate at Harvard Law and a postdoctoral fellow at Georgetown Law. I am also a visiting fellow at Yale's Information Society Project and an affiliate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. My research focuses on social media governance, online speech, and sexual privacy. Chapters of my dissertation appear or are forthcoming in the Washington Law Review, the Harvard International Law Journal, and the Villanova Law Review.

Prior to joining Harvard, I was an advisor to the Solicitor General in Argentina. In that capacity, I oversaw the Solicitor General’s opinions on freedom of expression before the Supreme Court. I have also worked with the Center for Democracy and Technology, the Global Freedom of Expression Initiative at Columbia University, and the Centro de Estudios en Tecnología y Sociedad.

I received my first law degree from Torcuato Di Tella University (Buenos Aires, Argentina), where I graduated first in my class. I also earned an LLM from Harvard Law School as a Fulbright Scholar.
