I am currently a medical student in the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology program, completing my MD Research Assistantship in the Yu Lab at the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School harnessing computer vision methods for investigating the molecular abberations of diffuse gliomas, as well as the survival of patients with these tumors. Previously, I applied machine learning methods to renal cell carcinoma histopathology slide images for automated histopathology, clinical, and multi-omics analysis. My research interests lie at the intersection of computer science, data science, and medicine: using data-informed approaches to augment medical decision making and tailoring medical care to the individual
